Am I allowed to change my address during the campaign?
Yes! You can update your survey responses anytime by logging into your BackerKit account. This includes changes to your pledge level, add-ons, and shipping address.
Addresses will be locked closer to the shipping date: usually about a month or two before rewards are sent out.

Will I be able to purchase a Chuuloo after the campaign?
It is fully dependent on if the campaign gets funded. The more stretch goals we unlock, the higher the likelihood of overstock being purchased to be put on sale later.

Can I select any Chuuloo as an add-on?
If they’ve been unlocked, yes! Please note that any items that are locked are unfortunately unable to be produced.

How will you be shipping these plushies?
I will be the sole shipper for this project! I will utilize a combination of USPS, Fedex, or UPS depending on what is cheaper and safer for both me and the customer depending on shipping costs.
Please note that I am a single-person project with a full-time day job, so I have accounted for this by giving myself ample time to ship.

Are refunds allowed during this campaign?
You are completely free to edit, change, and cancel your pledge during the campaign. Once charges go through, refunds will be looked at as a case-by-case basis.
All Chuuloos (minus Backer’s choice) will have at least a prototype by the end of the campaign. Surveys will not close until all Chuuloos have been finalized.
I want you to be happy with your choice and your Chuuloo! If for whatever reason you are unhappy, please email [email protected] and I will look into it for you.
Please be aware that I am a one-person project owner- and most funds for this campaign will go directly towards producing the plushies.

Will Chuuloos be available after the campaign ends on Dec. 1st?
Yes! The preorder store is open for approximately one month starting Jan. 20th, where both domestic (US) and international orders can be placed. Surveys/Preorder store will end approximately February 29th.

I backed both Snughouls and Chuuloos. How do I claim my free rewards?
You don’t have to do anything! Collab rewards are added automatically to your pledge and you will see them during the survey portion of the project! Thank you for supporting both Chuuloos and Snughouls!

Do you offer refunds?
If plushies have not yet gone into production, please email [email protected] and I will process a refund for you.
After the plushies enter production, I can no longer offer refunds as funds go directly towards producing campaign rewards. Thank you for understanding!

When will Chuuloos ship?
Chuuloos are set to ship around July-August of 2026.*
*Please be aware that plushie production takes time, and is based on a large number of variables often outside of my control! This is just a rough estimate of when the plushies will ship, and I will be sure to keep everyone up to date on potential delays via the Backerkit update section.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
